Trộn bột + bột nở vào hỗn hợp trứng, dùng phới khuấy nhẹ tay cho đều. Đổ 1/4 hỗn hợp trứng vào 1 cái tô, chế bơ (vẫn còn nóng) vào, khuấy đều. Trộn hỗn hợp có bơ vào phần kia. Chế sữa lạnh vào, khuấy nhẹ tay cho đến khi vừa hòa quyện (hạn chế khuấy quá nhiều khiến cho bánh bị chai cứng). Bọc kín tô và để vào tủ lạnh 2 tiếng, hoặc qua đêm.

Nướng từ 13-15 phút cho bánh lớn và 11-12 phút cho bánh nhỏ. Để ý khi thành bánh chuyển màu vàng nâu thì lấy ra. Đập ngược khuôn cho bánh tự rơi ra.
