Sau đó cho thịt vào tô nước ướp và ướp 10 phút cho thấm gia vị. Đun nóng chảo dầu, cho thịt vào ram trên lửa vừa, khi một mặt thịt chín thì lật lại và tiếp tục ram đến khi thịt chín hoàn toàn thì tắt bếp là xong nha. Cho thịt ra dĩa cùng phần nước sốt và ăn cùng cơm sẽ ngon hơn.
